- Former head of the Malaysia branch of a listed Taiwanese brokerage
- 12 years in real estate across Taiwan and Malaysia
- Holder of Malaysia’s Premium Visa (PVIP)
I have 12 years of hands-on real estate experience in Taiwan and Malaysia. I previously headed the Malaysia branch of a listed Taiwanese brokerage and worked on the front line for many years. As a holder of Malaysia's Premium Visa Programme (PVIP), I understand the real difficulties overseas clients face in transactions and relocation planning.
When my former company wound down its Malaysia operations, I saw two structural problems for cross-border buyers: unequal access to information, and being left without support after handover. That is why I founded Xinway Capital: to turn a complete, systematic way of working into services that can be carried out on the ground.
