This website, xinwaycapital.com, is operated by Xinway Capital Sdn. Bhd. (company no. 1579718-K, "we"). This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what you can do about your own data.
What we collect
- What you enter in the website form: your building or project name, and your WhatsApp, LINE ID or phone number; for seminar registration, also your name, phone number, email address, LINE ID (optional) and chosen session.
- Information you give us yourself through LINE, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Browsing data: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel record the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate region, and which ad or website brought you here. These tools use cookies or similar technologies.
- System logs: to prevent abuse, our server briefly records the IP address of form submissions.
How we use it
- To contact you and answer your questions about our property management service.
- To understand how the website and our ads perform, and to improve the website.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers that handle data
- LINE: form submissions are sent to our company LINE official account so the team can contact you.
- Email: seminar registrations are forwarded by email to the company contact in charge of seminars (sent through Google Workspace).
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API): for website traffic and ad performance statistics.
- Vercel: website hosting.
These providers may process data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
Form and contact details are kept until our discussion ends or you ask us to delete them. If you become a client, they are kept for as long as the contract and the law require. Browsing statistics follow the retention settings of Google and Meta.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email admin@xinwaycapital.com and we will handle it promptly.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
